Networking Systems

In today’s IT Departments you will find a myriad of technology platforms and equipment. That is why our skilled engineers are well trained in cross platform support for both networking technology (Cisco, HP, Juniper, etc.) and systems technology (Windows, Mac OS X, and Unix/Linux). We have successfully completed large deployments of OS X OpenDirectory, Linux OpenLDAP and Microsoft Active Directory integrations allowing for Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities and centralized storage and user management.

Managed Services & Maintenance

By using current software and technology tools we monitor and maintain or clients’ network and server infrastructures to provide a proactive approach to IT Support. This allows our clients’ IT Staff to focus on current and future projects and support. With guaranteed SLA’s we are able to maintain the highest levels of network systems reliability to our clients. Additionally we offer maintenance contracts that cover routine maintenance of network systems, OS patches and/or updates, current network/systems health reports, and break-fix support for covered network systems equipment.

Continuity Management

Working with our clients we develop and document business continuity plans based on key technology components throughout the workplace. This includes collocation services and design, backups and offsite storage, and server virtualization to maintain the highest levels of data continuity and recoverability in the case of an emergency.

Wireless Networking

Using today’s current wireless technology we provide full campus Wi-Fi mobility for our clients. With the latest technology in wireless scanning and monitoring we provide detailed campus deployment guides based on our customers’ needs and requirements. Also, using the same technologies, we can identify and resolve issues in already deployed wireless solutions saving time and money for our clients in both debugging and possible additional hardware purchases.

IT Staffing & Management

We provide staffing positions for several clients for long-term and short-term projects. These projects include full-time Help-Desk Specialists, Systems Administrators, and Interim IT Directors. Our staff members closely document all aspects of their work to provide a smooth knowledge transfer to our clients. The key benefit to this offering is our ability to provide continual IT support to augment current IT Staff without the cost of hiring full time employees.
